As a team of experienced researchers, we take an ethical approach to the way we collect data, ensuring fairness and equality of participation. We run focus groups, host online questionnaires and measure the change that training and learning support brings against defined outcomes using the ADASS MCA and DoLS Improvement Tool. We also audit compliance with primary and secondary legislation and professional standards.
