This is not your typical training company. We are a team of researchers, designers and developers who offer a full service response to your learning, development and evaluation needs.

Our business began with a mobile phone, a computer and a simple idea - to help people working in health and social care to understand and apply the principles and practice of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, including liberty protection,  better.

Since then, we've grown.

In the past three years, we have trained more than 2500 members of staff, including Safeguarding Adults and MCA 2005 / DoLS Leads, General Practitioners, Practice Nurses and Managers, Care Managers, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Ward Managers, Mental Health Practitioners, Care Home Managers and Support Staff, and Court of Protection Visitors. We have also helped our clients reach out to hundreds more staff using digital media.

We've written and developed 3 apps, written over 50 new learning programmes, evaluated thousands of pieces of data and authored reports for Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups and NHS England.
