Measuring change. Ethically.
We provide adult social care audit and evaluation service for studies involving your clients and staff. We can also evaluate the impact of training on your staff and provide you with a comprehensive report and action plan.
A team of experienced researchers, we take an ethical approach to the way we collect data, ensuring fairness and equality of participation. We run focus groups, host online questionnaires and measure the change that training and learning support brings against defined outcomes such as the ADASS MCA and DoLS Improvement Tool (July 2015). We also audit compliance with primary and secondary legislation and professional standards.
Have an adult social care study in mind, which directly or indirectly involves adults who may lack capacity? We know what ethical issues you need to be aware of. We can manage the ethics approval process for you and set up systems to monitor compliance. We do all the paperwork for you.
Our particular expertise is around ethical service evaluation, having recently completed a fully evaluated adult social care programme of focus groups, training and learning support involving more than 500 care home and supported living managers and staff for London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Richmond Clinical Commissioning Group.
